Description
The WST-OS8-FR4X2-C is an 800G OSFP optical transceiver designed for transmission over single-mode fiber (SMF). It provides eight electrical lanes operating at 106.25 Gb/s PAM4 and supports a 2xFR4 optical interface for transmission distances up to 2 km.
The module integrates dual 4-lane CWDM transmitters based on EML (electro-absorption modulated laser) technology and PIN array receivers for optical detection. A dual 4-lane architecture is implemented to enable efficient optical signal transmission through a dual duplex LC interface within the OSFP form factor.
